The bicycle is the most civilized conveyance known to man. Other forms of transport grow daily more nightmarish. Only the bicycle remains pure in heart.

Ah, the bike. This is my very favourite form of transport. If everyone in Woodbridge used one there would be no parking problems, or traffic jams, little need for traffic calming, and NO potholes. A County Councillor’s paradise indeed…

  1. I love my bike too but sadly my teenage children were not all convinced about the merits of cycling. Never daunted, I braved the label of the meanest mum in Woodbridge and refused to ferry anyone around town by car in my own mini ‘walk in Woodbridge’ campaign. Success – they are healthier, I’m less frazzled and my bike gets borrowed from time to time.
