if you look at it cynically, the Woodbridge Youth Centre’s Kingston Field site is one of the last pieces of prime development land in Woodbridge. Decisions about its future appeared to be occurring without any traceable reference to any elected member at County, District or Town level. It was as if some council officers were acting as if they had forgotten that they did not own the land , but were administering the site on behalf of the people of Woodbridge
